Fertility FAQ Accordion

Absolutely. "Normal" lab ranges include women on birth control, postmenopausal, and with various health conditions. Being "in range" doesn't mean you're in the fertility zone. If you've been trying for 4+ months with regular cycles but no pregnancy, there are patterns conventional testing misses that we need to identify.

It's never too soon to understand your body better. Many of my clients come to me around months 3-12 of trying because they sense something's off but can't get any answers. Why wait a full year to get answers when we can identify and fix hormone imbalances now?

Yes. Regular cycles just means your period comes every month. It doesn't mean you're SUCCESSFULLY ovulating and it doesn't tell us if your progesterone is high enough, if your eggs are healthy, or if your uterine lining can support implantation. Predictable doesn't mean fertile.

Yes! The Fertility Clarity Collective is designed to optimize your natural fertility. Most women who complete FCC conceive naturally without needing fertility treatments. We focus on correcting the underlying hormone imbalances that block conception.

Most advice focuses on timing and supplements, but natural conception actually depends on your hormone patterns working properly. Those symptoms you've been told are normal? The spotting before your period, breast tenderness, and fatigue are actually revealing exactly what's blocking conception.
